The district heating network project in a severe cold environment (-40°C) required large-diameter heating pipeline valves capable of reliable operation under extreme low-temperature conditions.

Our Solution

Apexlong supplied low-temperature carbon steel butterfly valves and ball valves in sizes DN300 to DN600, specifically engineered for reliable performance in extreme cold conditions.

Results

The heating network now covers 2 million square meters of heating area, operating stably and reliably through the harsh winter.
