Product Knowledge
What is the difference between ball valves and gate valves?
Ball valves use a ball with a hole to control flow, while gate valves use a gate or disc. Ball valves offer better sealing and faster operation (quarter-turn), making them ideal for on/off control. Gate valves are better for applications requiring minimal pressure drop when fully open.
What materials are your valves available in?
Our valves are available in various materials including carbon steel (WCB, WCC), stainless steel (304, 316, 316L), duplex steel (2205), super duplex (2507), and special alloys such as Hastelloy and Monel. Material selection depends on your application's temperature, pressure, and media compatibility requirements.
What pressure ratings do your valves support?
Our valves support pressure ratings from Class 150 to Class 2500 (PN 16 to PN 420). We also offer high-pressure valves for specialized applications. Each valve is tested at 1.5 times its rated pressure to ensure safety and reliability.

Yes, we ship worldwide to over 80 countries. We support FOB (Free On Board), CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight), DAP (Delivered at Place), and EXW (Ex Works) terms. Our logistics team can assist with customs documentation and freight forwarding arrangements.
Technical Support
Do you provide technical support after purchase?
Yes, we provide comprehensive technical support including installation guidance, operation manuals, troubleshooting, and maintenance recommendations. Our technical team is available via email and phone. For large projects, we can arrange on-site commissioning and training.
How do I maintain and service my valves?
Regular maintenance includes visual inspection for leaks, periodic operation of valves to prevent sticking, lubrication of stem and moving parts, and replacement of worn seals and gaskets. We recommend scheduling maintenance every 6-12 months depending on operating conditions. Detailed maintenance schedules are provided in our operation manuals.
Quality & Certification
What quality certifications do your valves have?
Our valves are certified to ISO 9001 (Quality Management), API 600/API 6D (for oil & gas applications), CE Marking (for European market), and RoHS compliance. We also provide material test reports (MTR), hydrostatic test certificates, and third-party inspection reports (e.g., SGS, BV) upon request.
Do you offer warranties on your valves?
Yes, all our valves come with a 12-month warranty from the date of shipment, covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Extended warranties are available for specific product lines. If a defect is found, we will repair, replace, or refund the product at our discretion.
